Written Guide

To add a member of staff to co-manage Phishr with you:

  1. Navigate to your top-level MSP dashboard
  2. Select Users → Add User in the sidebar
  3. Provide the member of staff's first name, last name, position and email
  4. Click 'Save User'

This will then send an email with the subject 'Setup your Phishr account' to the email address you provided.

By clicking the 'Setup Your Account' button in this email, they'll be able to set their password.

The email the receive should look similar to this:

 

 

If, for any reason, they don't receive this email or the link expires, simply navigate to Users → All Users in your MSP dashboard and click 'Resend Invite'.
